Does Growler Goods ship internationally?
Orders placed through the Growler Goods website are only available to ship within the United States, Canada, Mexico and select countries internationally. Feel free to contact us for more info on international shipping availability.

I have not received my confirmation email, what should I do?
After placing your order online, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your shipment confirmation email. Please note that special order products may take up to two weeks to ship. Order processing and shipping occurs only on business days and orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following workday. 

Does Growler Goods web store ship to PO boxes?

At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Can I add additional products to an existing order?
Once an order has been placed, you are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online shop site.

Limited One-Year Warranty 

Growler Goods offers a limited one-year warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Growler Goods will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.

The limited one-year warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from authorized Growler Goods retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.

When you file a warranty claim directly through Growler Goods, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect to info@growlergoods.com. Upon email receipt, please allow 2 business days for claim investigation. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will notify you of your claim status via email.

All warranty product claims must receive an approval confirmation email prior to mailing the product back to Growler Goods. Please print the confirmation email and mail along with your original receipt of purchase to Growler Goods. Products mailed without this documentation will not be received and will be mailed back to the customer at their expense.

Upon inspection of the defective item(s) and the approval of the warranty claim we will issue a replacement product. If your warranty claim is not approved, Growler Goods is unable to credit the original return shipping charges to our warranty claim address(es).

Please allow up to 10 business days for Growler Goods to fulfill all warranty claims. Claims are dealt with as promptly as possible. However, during national Holidays or peak retail seasons such as Christmas, warranty claims may take a few business days longer. We appreciate your patience.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange the Growler Goods product I've purchased? 

Yes of course, just read the following conditions to make sure you're straight:

Returns and Exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased at one of the following:

  1. Growler Goods Online Store 
  2. Growler Goods Physical Location
  3. Growler Goods Authorized Event Booth

Growler Goods product that is purchased at our store online (excluding promotional items) can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the shipping date for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.

It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses to our warehouse on the return/exchange of Growler Goods product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is determined to be a mistake on our behalf.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product and validity of the return or exchange claim is left at the discretion of Growler Goods.

All returned items must include the original sales or gift receipt.

Upon receiving your returned/exchanged Growler Goods merchandise at our warehouse, we will do a quick investigation of the claim and if found to be valid, a refund for the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the amount of the Growler Goods product within 3-5 business days.
